HOW TO ORDER
Essence, Formula, Inspired, and Specialty Aromatherapy Blends
I am in the process of updating the ordering functions on our Square online shopping site. In the meantime, please contact me directly to order, including the following information and I will respond with a price quote and next steps.

Product availability is subject to ingredient availability as all blends are made-to-order.
Most orders can be processed within 1-2 business days as long as I have all ingredients and supplies in stock – the primary exception being bar soaps which take at least 3 days to cure so orders are generally fulfilled within 4-5 business days.
If I am unable to fulfill any part of your order within 5 business days, I will contact you to determine if you’d like me to process the remainder of you order or cancel your order in its entirety. Your payment for any part, or full, order canceled will be refunded – please allow 3 business days for your refund to process.
Custom Aromatherapy Blends
Custom Aromatherapy Blends require an Aromatherapy Consultation before ordering. To re-order products from a previous Aromatherapy Consultation, please contact me by email or phone/text.

Shipping within the U.S. is typically via USPS and shipping fees are based on total order weight.
When ordering through the Powers Aromatherapy online shopping site, your shipping will be automatically calculated and estimated for you.
If there is ever a situation where the product will cost more to ship than what was estimated for you on the site, I will contact you in advance of crafting your blends to verify that you agree to the amended shipping fee. Your payment for any part, or full, order canceled will be refunded – please allow 3 business days for your refund to process.
Will Call (Pickup) Fees:
Will Call pickup is FREE.
To be considered for a Will Call pick up, you must be willing and able to pick up your order near 1520 N Mountain Ave – Ontario, CA 91762.
When ordering through the Powers Aromatherapy online shopping site, you must choose Pickup for each product ordered.
